Retail: No refunds on purchases, but defective products can be exchanged within 14 days for the same item.
Gift Certificates: Non-refundable.
Memberships: Must be committed for a minimum of six months and be cancelled within two weeks of the next billing date. After that, memberships are non-refundable.

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations to respect both your time and that of our providers. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will incur a $100 fee. If a client cancels late or no-shows three times, future appointments must be prepaid in full.
